Best Customer Service Ever!!

I own two Tencel pillows and I absolutely love the support this pillow gives me. It's super comfortable and gives you the support you need. I love that it keeps its shape and you don't have fluff the pillow to get that. Not only is this pillow amazing....this wonderful company has the best customer service ever! I was shipped the wrong pillow, called and immediately received a call back regarding my issue. Mr. Hata apologized said, keep the pillow and we will FedEx you the correct pillow. Mr. Hata even followed up to see if I received the pillow. Who does that? Companies like this! I am a forever customer, their customer service is definitely a Five Star!

Great pillow, amazingly comfortable, just the wrong size

I've had my Tencel pillow for a few months now, and I will admit it is extremely supportive without being too firm or too soft. It does a great job staying cool through the night, too. The only complaint I have is that I realized that I didn't get the king size I ordered after my fiancé got her new Tencel pillows.

Lasting comfort

So many pillows are comfortable for a short period of time, but this pillow continues to stay firm and fluffy over months! My fiance and I are always fighting over who gets to use it since we only have one (for now). They definitely help prevent neck and back pain and I can't wait to get more!
